We are currently seeking an experienced Full Time Cleaning Operator to join our team at a premium retail site in Aspley. The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering daily cleaning services with a strong emphasis on customer service. Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality cleaning services, ensuring all areas are maintained to a high standard. Deliver excellent customer service, addressing client needs with professionalism. Work collaboratively as part of a team or independently, maintaining a strong work ethic. Ensure a safe and clean working environment at all times. Be flexible with working hours, including weekends and public holidays. Requirements: Hold an unrestricted Driver's Licence and have access to a reliable vehicle (preferred). Availability to work Monday to Thursday 1600-2336 & Friday 1830-0206 Ability to pass a Criminal History Check Previous supervisory experience will be highly regarded To Succeed in This Role, You Will Need: High level of personal presentation. Strong communication and customer service skills. Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team. Commitment to working in a safe and efficient manner. Excellent mobility and the ability to walk for long periods. A friendly and approachable disposition. A strong work ethic with reliability and punctuality. Previous experience in using a ride-on scrubber is preferred but not essential.
