Your main tasks and responsibilities
* Driving sales of Sulzer Submersible Pumps, Mixers & Grinders to new and existing business partners.
* Planning, supporting and following‐up of sales activities in line with the sales strategy and defined processes.
* Developing and maintaining a product training for existing and new Flow Business partners.
* Monitoring the performance for key business partners and taking remedial action where necessary to ensure that targets are met.
* Liaising and working closely together with the Sales Manager – Pacific and the Service teams with customers.
* Establishing new, and maintaining existing, long‐term relationships with customers.
* Supporting marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events.
* Ensuring orders and projects are launched in a timely and professional manner.
* Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers and suppliers in order to reduce commercial risk and to maximise future business opportunities.
* Maintaining and monitoring up‐to‐date knowledge of competitor products and activities.
* Identifying new markets and business opportunities, maximising the potential of Sulzer's complete product offering in the targeted sub‐segments.
To succeed in this role, you will need
* 5+ years experience in Pump product sales.
* A detailed knowledge and experience in the selection and selling of Submersible Pumps, Mixers & Grinders.
* Relevant tertiary / trade and / or pump sales experience highly regarded.
* Strong communication skills.
* High level negotiation skills.
