**Responsibilities**:
- Complete end-to-end recruitment using Phoenix.
- Complete the induction and on boarding of new starters.
- Assist in coordination and roll out of learning and development programs throughout the business.
- Provide advice to employees in relation to HR policy and procedures.
- Assist National HR Manager in the resolution of issues/investigations
- Building relationships with key stakeholders in the business
**Skills and Experience**:
- A minimum of two years within a Human Resources role
- Strong interpersonal and organisational skills with the ability to work within a fast-paced environment
- The ability to identify, implement and advise managers of appropriate courses of action
- The ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
- Ability to maintain a professional approach and maintain confidentiality at all times
Our Client is a mushroom farm based in Mernda who supply to major stores like Coles and Woolworths. They have a very diverse culture and look after their people, many of their employees have been with them for over 20 years. They have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Coordinator on a permanent full time basis.
