Position
An experienced finance professional is needed to provide short-term support. With a number of key improvement projects underway, this role will be instrumental in strengthening the reporting, processes, and systems to ensure the business is set up for success. This is a hands-on role that requires someone with strong technical accounting skills, systems knowledge, and the ability to make immediate impact.
Profile
* CA/CPA qualified (or equivalent) with at least 5+ years' experience in finance roles.
* Strong background in management accounting and cost accounting.
* Hands-on experience with ERP/finance systems (Netsuite highly desirable; exposure to MRP systems advantageous). adv Excel
* Track record of improving processes, implementing new procedures, and delivering clean and accurate reporting.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to "roll up sleeves" and deliver quickly.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a busy finance function.
