The iconic Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort, Gold Coast, is surrounded by lush tropical gardens and sparkling blue lagoons, comprising 295 guest rooms and suites, 9 meeting venues, four restaurants and bars in an absolute beachfront environment.
The Role
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Executive is responsible for the execution of all marketing and communication activities undertaken by the resort, including branding compliance, production and placement of advertising, online marketing, electronic and direct mail, public relations, social media, database management, partner marketing activities, promotional tracking and maintenance of the sales and marketing action plan.
The Key responsibilities include:
Social Media
Monthly social media content creation & planning aligning with brand and positioning strategy for hotel and destination. You will be responsible for telling the stories of the hotel through social media, ensuring that the monthly calendar is robust in telling stories, informing and inspiring guests. You will work with the different departments throughout the property to ensure that the goals of the hotel are being met throughout all owned social media channels including Instagram x 2 (Resort & wedding
