About the Role
We’re recruiting for a Senior Clinician with experience as either an Exercise Physiologist, Physiotherapist or Dietitian to lead a multidisciplinary team. In this role, you’ll manage a the team to deliver outstanding clinical care, lead the Club Active culture and foster a community to change the way they age.
You will:
* Lead a multidisciplinary allied health team.
* Support with and follow systems and processes to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
* Showcase the Club Active brand.
* Support clients with chronic disease management, musculoskeletal conditions, and healthy ageing goals.
* Support the team to thrive and grow as practitioners.
* Build meaningful connections with your team and members to support long-term adherence and outcomes.
* Contribute to a culture focused on results, engagement, and community

What We’re Looking For:
* Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist or Dietitian registered with relevant government bodies.
* Ready to grow into a leadership role

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills

* Passion for working with the over-50s and promoting preventative health
