The successful candidate will be involved in all aspects of Mechanical Maintenance.Fortescue’s Hedland Operations are located on the traditional lands of the Kariyarra people.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsuring Effective Maintenance of all running plantRaising notification for plant defects and repairFixed plant breakdown response, repair and investigationOnline plant area inspections, sample stations, balance machines, conveyors, train unloadersQualifications And ExperiencePrevious experience within the fixed plant maintenanceEngineering or trade qualification is a must, candidates with significant conveyor maintenance experience also highly regarded.High level communication skillsCompetent user of computerised maintenance management systems – SAP & Microsoft ProjectAbility to develop quality risk assessments, CRAW, JHA, SWMS, etcExcellent time management and organisational skills, with a high attention to detailAbility to work with other departments to achieve objectives, team oriented.Proven commitment to principles of safety and zero harmAbout UsBe part of something big.
