$63.79/hour2/1 RosterLocated in Murray Mallee RegionAbout Our ClientOur client was formed through a group of small, family companies into a national enterprise that offers multiple mining drilling and blasting services.What you will be DoingProvide onsite support and facilitate incident investigations and risk assessmentsPartner with operational leaders to proactively manage health and safety risksDeliver the annual H&S; plan and support safety maturity initiativesRoll out H&S; training, coaching, and fundamental initiativesCoordinate site-based health and wellbeing initiativesIdentify and implement continuous improvement opportunitiesWhat you will needRelevant health and safety qualification or extensive experience in a similar roleHighly regarded but not essential experience with incident investigations and risk assessmentMinimum certificate IV in health and Safety or relevant fieldAbility to work autonomously and manage competing prioritiesStrong influencing and engagement skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and reporting systemsExcellent communication and analytical skillsC Class Manual Drivers LicenceWhats in it for you?
