About The Role
ECCO Carindale is looking for a dedicated Sales Associate with a drive to succeed and a commitment to providing a premium shopping experience for our consumers. You will sell shoes that practically sell themselves!
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences in a premium, fast‑paced environment, upholding the quality of our brand and achieving sales of shoes and related products.
- Align with the Visual Merchandising plan and Mystery Shopper standards.
- Process customer orders, handle returns, and maintain inventory according to standards.
- Perform general housekeeping and keep the store tidy.
Skills & Experience
- Previous retail sales or similar experience with persuasive communication skills.
- Demonstrated success in achieving KPIs and sales targets.
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service as an ECCO brand ambassador.
- Team player who thrives on building relationships and engaging with customers.
- Growth mindset and enthusiasm for learning in a fast‑paced work environment.
- Passion for product knowledge and training, with a willingness to learn.
- Flexibility with availability, including weekdays, weekends and public holidays.
