Role Purpose
As an Office Administration, work alongside our Managing Director and team to provide administrative and logistical support to serve our clients with excellence.
This role requires attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Duties
· Providing administrative support to the managing directors, including appointment scheduling, filing and data entry support.
· Organising the order and delivery of plumbing equipment, supplies, and materials to work sites on time.
· Scheduling and allocating service jobs to staff, following up on customer requests and appointment times.
· Preparing and managing Health and Safety Documentation including SWMS process
· Basic Bookkeeping and Xero Invoicing updates where appropriate
Essential Criteria
· At least two years experience in Office Administration
· Xero Experience including invoicing
· Organisational and time management skills
· Positive attitude and ability to handle deadlines.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite programs
· Computer Literacy and competency in basic computer systems
· Customer Service skills including the ability to problem solve effectively
Desirable
· Knowledge of the plumbing and trade industry
· Own vehicle for travel to work, errands and occasional deliveries.
· Qualifications in Business Admin
· Experience in dealing with suppliers
· Knowledge of social media platforms and advertising
