$80,000–$130,000 + Super + Lucrative Commission Structure
We are seeking a high-performing Sales Executive to drive revenue across weddings, corporate events, and celebrations at our premium events venue located in Sydney's South West (M5 Corridor).

The Opportunity
You will take ownership of the venue's event sales pipeline — managing inbound enquiries, hosting site inspections, preparing tailored proposals, and securing bookings. A dedicated operations team handles event delivery, allowing you to stay focused on what you do best: selling.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage a high volume of inbound wedding, corporate, and social event enquiries
* Conduct venue tours and client consultations with confidence and authority
* Translate client visions into commercially sound, tailored event proposals
* Prepare proposals, contracts, and pricing packages with accuracy and professionalism
* Negotiate and close bookings in line with revenue targets
* Build strong relationships with couples, corporate clients, and key stakeholders
* Represent the venue at showcases and promotional events
* Work closely with operations and coordination teams to ensure a seamless handover post-sale

About You
* Proven sales performer with a strong conversion history in venues, weddings, hospitality, or events
* 2–5+ years' experience in event, venue, or hotel sales
* Commercially driven and confident discussing pricing, packages, and numbers
* Strong communication skills with the presence to influence and close
* Highly organised and able to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
* Client-focused, polished, and professional in presentation
* Energetic, proactive, and motivated by exceeding targets
* Comfortable working some weekends and evenings for inspections and showcases

* Background in weddings or high-end events
* Understanding of F&B packages and event structures
* On-site events or operations experience
* RSA and/or events-related qualifications
