As a Parts Advisor, you will play a key role in building and maintaining excellent customer relationships with both internal and external customers.
This position requires strong communication and interpersonal skills to drive positive business outcomes through relationship management initiatives.
You will work closely with the Workshop team to ensure availability of parts, accurately complete relevant documentation, and load and unload parts as needed.
Your responsibilities will also include monitoring stock, spare parts, and inventory levels.
To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience in a parts/warehouse role within the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and develop customer relationships through exceptional customer service
* Audit and complete accurate documentation for invoices and payments
* Collaborate with the Workshop to ensure optimal part availability
* Loading and unloading parts to designated locations
* Picking and delivering parts to customers and workshop teams
* Conduct regular inventory checks to maintain accurate stock levels
