A$65,000.00/yr - A$75,000.00/yr

Core Responsibilities In The Role Include
* Leading the Ambius Outdoor Gardening team ensuring that they are supported and trained in field by following the GROW principles while leading and assisting general garden maintenance.
* Finding and sourcing new opportunities
* Quoting and estimation of add on Maintenance agreements
* Ensuring a quality service exceeds customer expectations.
* Performance manage all direct reports whilst promoting and develop a healthy work environment that facilitates the achievement of succession planning, personal goals and employee satisfaction.

* As part of the recruitment process, you will be required to complete pre-employment medical, references and police checks
* Experience working independently to achieve set targets
* Ability to communicate to internal stakeholders and clients both verbally and in writing

* Manage, maintain and build upon client relationships
