We've recently partnered with Wattle Range Council to manage their community pools, and we're looking for a hands-on Venue Operations Coordinator to help us deliver safe, high-quality facilities for local communities.The RoleThis is a hands-on, multi-site role ensuring our aquatic facilities are safe, compliant and operating smoothly.
You'll be responsible for:Conducting daily water testing and maintaining pool plant rooms.Ensuring compliance with GSPO, SA Health, and WHS requirements.Handling chemicals safely and keeping accurate records.Supporting lifeguards in supervision and incident response.Conducting venue checks for safety, cleanliness, and customer readiness.Providing professional and approachable customer service.As the position grows, this role has a clear pathway into expanded responsibilities such as staff supervision, rostering, and broader multi-site operations management.About YouYou're technically minded, safety-focused, and comfortable working across multiple community pools.
You enjoy variety, problem-solving, and working with people.Pool Lifeguard Certificate.Pool Plant Operator Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
