Salary Range: $73,391 to $75,696 (pending experience) + Super
We are seeking a capable and well-organised Administration Assistant to provide executive-level support to the Director, Mission and Learning.
You'll bring demonstrated administrative experience and a structured, dependable approach to your work. In this role, you'll coordinate meetings, manage diaries and correspondence, support events and travel arrangements, and provide consistent day-to-day administrative support within a busy office environment.
You'll be comfortable using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, with the ability to learn internal systems such as TechOne and adapt as priorities change. Attention to detail, sound judgement, and the ability to manage competing tasks will be key to your success.
You'll work professionally and collaboratively across the organisation and be trusted to handle information with discretion.
This role offers an experienced administrator the opportunity to step into an executive-support style position and make a meaningful contribution during a fixed-term maternity leave period.
