Your Key Responsibilities:
* Support business unit staff in ensuring service delivery meets departmental policies and procedures.
* Implement records management, finance and administrative processes as per guidelines.
* Provide culturally sensitive support through referral, information provision, advocacy and consultation.
* Liaise with relevant stakeholders, including families, community members and Elders, to facilitate casework implementation and maintenance.
* Participate effectively as a team member and contribute to collaborative working practices.
* Maintain clear and accessible case records consistent with departmental requirements.
* Update relevant databases to support key business functions.
* Develop and maintain knowledge relevant to the role, participating in learning and development initiatives.
