Hunter Manning is exclusively partnered with Byrnecut on a retained basis to find a standout Senior Finance Analyst — a rare chance to join a powerhouse in the mining industry and drive meaningful financial outcomes.
About Byrnecut
Byrnecut is one of Australia's leading underground mining contractors, operating across Australia and internationally with a strong reputation for technical excellence, operational discipline and long-term client partnerships. As the business continues to grow, the Finance function is evolving — and this role is an integral part of that journey.
About the role

* Building effective working relationships across Finance, Shared Services and Technology to support aligned, coordinated delivery
* Communicating clearly and professionally with stakeholders at all levels on project progress, risks, issues and decisions
* Identifying opportunities to improve processes, controls, reporting frameworks and ways of working — and supporting practical implementation of agreed changes
* Coordinating and overseeing external vendors, consultants and implementation partners where required
About you
