As a Technical Training Facilitator, you will serve as a Technical Project Manager (TPM), facilitating onboarding and technical enablement programs for enterprise clients. You will manage training sessions using prepared materials and coordinate throughout the customer training lifecycle.
You'll collaborate with Solution Architects and Engagement Managers to deliver strategic, impactful training for clients adopting the Contentful platform.
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with potential extension.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver structured onboarding and technical enablement programs for Contentful.
* Present tailored content to developers, editors, and administrators.
* Coordinate session logistics and follow-up with global teams.
* Track project delivery using tools like Certinia and Salesforce.
* Contribute to improving session materials and delivery methods.
* Provide insights on client engagement outcomes to internal teams.
* Maintain accurate documentation and time tracking during engagements.
Requirements
* 5+ years of experience in technical project management or platform onboarding roles.
* Strong communication and presentation skills, with client-facing experience.
* Experience with the Contentful CMS platform.
* Proficiency with platforms like Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, and Miro.
* Experience with project tracking/reporting tools such as Salesforce, Asana, or Certinia.
* Contentful certification or willingness to obtain it.
