* Lead the development and implementation of annual education plans tailored to meet the needs of our clinical teams.

* Champion our Clinical Governance Framework, promoting safe and evidence-based care practices.
Key responsibilities include:
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal health outcomes for our residents.
* Mentor and support nursing staff to deliver person-centered care aligned with our organization's philosophy.
* Contribute to staff development, recruitment, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions as part of our People & Culture team.
* Engage with residents, families, and colleagues to foster open communication and collaboration.
