What You’ll Do
* Assist customers in choosing the right frames, lenses, and eyewear solutions
* Accurately process prescriptions and ensure correct product dispensing
* Maintain an organised, clean, and welcoming practice environment
* Provide advice and support to customers regarding product care and usage
* Work collaboratively with the team to deliver seamless patient experiences
* Handle transactions and assist with stock management
What You’ll Bring
* Previous experience in optical dispensing or retail customer service (preferred)
* Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping people
* Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow procedures accurately
* A proactive, team-oriented approach and commitment to great service
* Basic computer literacy for managing sales and inventory systems
