Your New Role
In this position, you will deliver high-quality administrative and secretarial support across a variety of work areas within Metro South Health's Maintenance Services, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and smooth operations. Key responsibilities include:
Acting as the first point of contact for the designated work area, managing telephone and reception enquiries.
Supporting daily documentation, including purchase requisitions, goods receipting, work orders, and data entry.
Using systems such as S4HANA, MyHR, WHS Monitor, and Microsoft Office Suite for administrative tasks.
Ensuring health, safety, and compliance for visitors and contractors on site.
Preparing correspondence, managing mail, and maintaining both manual and electronic filing systems.
Managing workload autonomously and collaboratively, prioritising tasks to meet deadlines.
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and maintaining quality service standards.
Contributing to workplace culture, including diversity, inclusion, and equitable treatment of all staff and patients.
