Client Details
ASX-listed Mining operation in Perth's central suburbs.
Description
Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable.
Processing of monthly payroll.
Reconciliation of bank transactions and company credit cards.
Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
Support the preparation of BAS, IAS and other statutory reporting requirements.
Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Profile
A successful Senior Bookkeeper should have:
Mining experience is absolutely ESSENTIAL.
Pronto ERP experience is ESSENTIAL - involvement in implementation would be advantageous.
Part-time opportunity (3 days/week).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills to liaise with stakeholders effectively.
