Genesis is looking to hire 3 passionate Sales Associates in the Gold Coast who are looking to develop their sales skills and grow with a luxury global brand.
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a background in client service or sales to build and develop a long-term career with a premium automotive brand - full product and sales training will be provided!

**The Role**:
Provide a high level of customer service and be a key facilitator in the Genesis purchasing experience!
Duties include:
- Ensure all customers receive an excellent experience with the Genesis brand throughout the various stages of the purchasing process
- Convert instore, web and phone enquiries into leads and coach them through the process, booking test drives
- Take time to understand the customers needs and match them to the most suitable car
- Take prospective customers on test drives and demonstrate vehicle features
- Engage with customers in the Studio, Test Drive Centre, at events and offsite locations
- Support customers when completing relevant paperwork
- Managing the handover and delivery of vehicles to customers
- Accurately maintain the CRM system with customer information
- Experience gained in a VIP customer service or sales role, luxury retail/products, cabin crew or similar high-level client focused
- position.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with an ability to build relationships with ease
- The ambition and drive to succeed in a sales setting and a desire to hit or exceed targets
- A valid, full Australian Driver’s License
