Job Title: Maintenance Coordinator
Experienced maintenance coordinators are sought to manage shutdown preparation tasks, review SAP notifications and finalise scope of work prior to approval. The ideal candidate will have a mechanical, electrical trade or engineering level of education and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Key requirements include experience with SAP, knowledge of planning & scheduling and Work Management process, as well as the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
* Reviews SAP notifications and finalises scope of work prior to notification approval
* Creates work instructions to be included in the work pack
* Considers the Rolling Major Events Calendar and relevant Total Equipment Strategies to determine what revision events occur in
* Confirms resources and material availability and liaises with Inventory Planner
* Establishes relationships with Supply and maintains regular engagement to ensure parts and materials are delivered on time
* Hosts weekly shutdown interface meetings
* Manages shutdown preparation tasks as per prep plan
* Identifies opportunities for standardisation across sites
* Increases efficiency and accuracy through repetition of tasks
* Develops SAP Master Data to embed Standard Work Packages into Task Lists
* Identify errors in Master Data and address inconsistency
