About Clickdeck
CLICKDECK is Australia's fastest-growing decking system—a innovative, Australian-engineered aluminium sub-frame used by builders, landscapers and resellers nationwide. As we continue to expand across Australia, we're seeking a driven Sales Manager to help grow our National builder network, strengthen reseller partnerships, and drive product specification in the construction industry.
About the Role
This is a proactive, relationship-focused role that blends internal sales capability with external business development and industry engagement.
Office-Based Responsibilities
Managing inbound enquiries & supporting the internal sales team
Preparing quotes and assisting builders with frame configuration and technical advice
Training builders, installers and resellers on our ClickDeck quoting software
Managing project tenders, major opportunities & structured follow-ups
Building and nurturing strong sales pipelines
Supporting resellers and coordinating with internal operations
External Responsibilities
Visiting builders, installers and resellers for demos & technical discussions
Securing new builder accounts and onboarding new resellers
Conducting job site visits & overseeing product trials
Engaging architects, engineers and specifiers to introduce the ClickDeck system
Attending trade nights/networking events and industry presentations
Key Responsibilities
Hunt new business opportunities across Australia
Follow-up our hot leads
Grow builder and reseller relationships with a long-term mindset
Deliver in-person product demos and quoting software training
Proactively reach out to specifiers to secure ClickDeck inclusion in projects
Manage a structured sales pipeline with clear reporting
Coordinate tenders from enquiry to submission
Provide regular feedback on market trends & competitor activity
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through effective planning, prospecting, and account management
What We're Looking For
Required:
Proven BDM or sales experience in construction or building products
A person who wants to do well for themselves with uncapped opportunity
Strong communication & presentation ability
Proficient computer skills
Confident delivering training, demos and technical discussions
Ability to work independently and manage sales pipelines
Driven, proactive and comfortable meeting targets
High level of self-motivation and professionalism
Valid driver's licence
Highly Advantageous:
Existing network of builders, resellers or specifiers
Experience with decking or outdoor lifestyle products
Knowledge of tender process

Salary & Benefits
Base Starting Salary: $85,000 – $105,000 + Super (depending on experience and existing industry network). This will grow rapidly based on results shown.

Quarterly Commission (Percentage Based Commission on new business sold)
