Administrative Assistant - Legal
This is a high-level administrative support role that involves providing efficient and precise assistance to the legal team across various matters.
The ideal candidate will have experience in legal administration and proficiency in dictation. A high level of attention to detail and excellent time management skills are necessary for this position.
Responsibilities:
* Providing administrative support, including transcription, diary management, travel arrangements, and general assistance to the team.
* Acting as a liaison with clients, providing accurate and detailed information according to solicitors' directions.
* Preparing and amending documents and briefs for the legal team using Microsoft Office and Open Practice software.
* Managing funds, raising cheque requisitions, ensuring the accurate receipting of incoming funds, and preparing financial schedules.
