Dolly's isn't just your average sweet stop. It's a cozy, feel-good destination for donuts, gelato, and coffee, inspired by the simple joy of great flavours and genuine hospitality. We draw inspiration from the original Donut Dollies — the Red Cross women who lifted spirits with treats and kindness — and that same sense of generosity flows through everything we do today.
With our store now open and successfully trading in the beautiful Southern Highlands since September 2025, we're looking for a talented Pastry Cook to join our growing team.

The Role
We're seeking a creative, passionate Pastry Cook to join our small but mighty team in a full-time role starting March 2026.
This position is available as one of our much-loved chefs is relocating — opening up a wonderful opportunity for someone new to step into an established, supportive team.
The role focuses on producing Dolly's signature donuts — from classic favourites to seasonal specials — all made fresh, from scratch, with care and attention to detail. You'll work in a collaborative environment where quality, consistency, and pride in your craft come first.
This is an exciting opportunity to join an established, well-loved store, working in a modern, fully fitted kitchen with top-of-the-range equipment.

What We're Looking For
• Minimum 3 years' experience working as a Pastry Cook, Pastry Chef, or Baker in a commercial environment
• Commercial pastry or baking qualification (Certificate III or IV) is desirable, but relevant industry experience will be strongly considered
• Experienced bakers with a demonstrated flair for pastry and creativity are encouraged to apply
• Confidence across core pastry and dough production processes
• A genuine passion for quality ingredients, flavour, and handcrafted techniques, with a keen eye for presentation
• A team-first attitude — reliable, kind, and collaborative
• Based in the Southern Highlands or willing to relocate
• Applicants must have permanent Australian work rights or hold an appropriate visa allowing long-term employment
