We seek entrepreneurial AI Delivery Leads to drive AIconsulting and solutions across APAC. This senior rolewilldevelop, deliver, and scaleTomoro'sgenerative AIofferingsto create transformative value for clients.

AI Delivery Leads collaborate with smallTomoroandclient teams to design, build, and deploy AIapplications.
They tackle complex design challenges, ensureseamless transitions to deployment, and bridgetechnical and non-technical stakeholders.
The role includes leading delivery, mentoring, andstaying updated on AI advancements, ensuring oursolutions are reliable, ethical, and rigorously tested.
Business Application Design
Co-creating cutting‐edge applied AI business solutionswithclients and colleagues that willrealisimeaningful valuewith a feasible route to reality.
Solution Design
Supporting and prototyping AI solutions and buildingengineering teams who canrealisedesigns at scale –youknow the best designs are working prototypes andwant touse these as a basis for an engineering team.
Delivery Problem‐Solving
Solving complex delivery problems that arise duringthedevelopment and scaling of AI solutions. You'llhelp connectthe dots torealiseroute to live for ourclients and be theprimary translator betweenengineers and non‐technicalstakeholders.
Delivery Leadership
Providing delivery guidance and leadership within theteam, including mentoring junior colleagues andcontributing to skill development.
Continuous Learning and Adaptation
Staying updated with the latest developments in AI,machine learning, and related technologies tocontinuallyenhance the quality of solutions offered.
Senior Client Relationships
Building robust, trusted relationships with seniorbusinessand technical clients. We aren't a company ofbody‐shopengineers – we constructively challenge ourclients to helpthem become AI leaders in their field.
Ethical Consideration and Compliance
Upholding and actively contributing to ethicalstandards inAI development, including considerationsfor data privacy,bias minimization, and regulatorycompliance. Helping toexpand our knowledge on thissubject and driving ethicalways to implement AI.
Delivery Stewardship across a Portfolio of Projects
You may work across multiple accounts or projectssimultaneously, amplifying your impact througheffectiveteam leadership. Your ability to jugglevariousresponsibilities will be key to the success ofour projects.

Background in product and delivery management:
You have 4+ years of experience in deliveringsoftware solutions for enterprise.
Strong experience leading teams to design and develop production‐grade solutions in enterprise, involving:
* Python application development
* Building microservices
* Data technologies
* Large language models
