**The Role**
**About our Team**
We are seeking an individual who is able to plan, manage and coordinate logistic functions while fostering positive working relationships with logistic personnel at all levels and with external stakeholders. You will have experience in supervising, managing and leading teams to meet logistic KPIs, operational requirements and to support training activities. You must have well developed and proven communication skills, through both written and verbal means. You must be comfortable and capable in collaborating with multiple stakeholders. You will be required to prepare orders, instructions, reports and presentations, as well as being able to provide logistics advice and guidance to commanders and other principal staff. You must have Logistic IT system experience to enable inventory management and governance. In this role you will be trained and required to use the Military Integrated Logistic Information System (MILIS). This includes analysing, interpreting and presenting information regarding logistic compliance KPIs and additional reporting requirements. You will be adaptable in meeting the needs of a dynamic work environment. You will embrace change, identify improvement opportunities and coordinate directed logistic policy improvements.
