Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our technical support unit, you will provide high-level technical assistance to customers regarding precision agricultural machinery.
* Support customers through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide technical support and resolve customer queries efficiently.
2. Attend meetings and assist with planning, documentation, resources, and issue resolution.
3. Collate information for customers and internal teams to improve the customer experience.
4. Conduct weekly reviews and actions on customer concerns and cases.
5. Review new product parts requirements and safety stock levels according to inventory policies.
6. Maintain technical support documentation, including kits and parts lists.
7. Manage electronic components supply and repair, including maintaining a repairs database.
Requirements:
* Strong understanding of administrative processes and diverse product lines.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to develop effective stakeholder relationships.
* A keen eye for detail and ability to work across CRM systems.
