The Family: An executive family based in Auckland is seeking an experienced, professional, and highly reliable nanny to support their two children, aged 6 and 3. This role is ideally suited to a career nanny or early childhood professional who is confident working independently, values discretion, and thrives in a structured yet dynamic environment. Mandatory international travel is a core requirement of this position. The successful candidate will provide consistent, high-quality care while maintaining structured routines, supporting educational development, and creating a calm, organised environment both at home and abroad. Schedule Monday–Friday • 6:00 am – 10:00 am • 2:00 pm – 6:00 pm Stable weekday hours with a split-shift structure. Key Responsibilities Morning Care (6:00 am–10:00 am): Supporting children with structured morning routines (waking, dressing, school readiness) Preparing and serving breakfast and snacks Creating calm, positive transitions into the school day School and activity drop-offs as required Afternoon Care (2:00 pm–6:00 pm): School and activity pick-ups Preparing afternoon snacks Homework supervision and light tutoring for the 6-year-old Engaging children in age-appropriate educational and enrichment activities Maintaining tidy, organised children’s spaces International Travel (Mandatory Requirement) Availability and willingness to travel internationally with the family Providing attentive, professional childcare during flights, transfers, and overseas stays Adapting confidently to changing schedules, time zones, and environments Maintaining routine, stability, and care consistency while abroad Valid passport (or ability to obtain one) required All travel-related expenses (flights, accommodation, meals, and agreed allowances) fully covered by the employer Professional Standards & Conduct: This position requires a high level of discretion and professionalism: Polished presentation suitable for an executive-family environment Strong personal integrity and sound judgment Respect for family privacy, boundaries, and household protocols Clear, calm, and professional communication Ability to represent the family with discretion domestically and internationally Strict confidentiality is required. The successful candidate will be required to sign a Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
