The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
* Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and safe store environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
* Sales and Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and meet customer needs.
* Point-of-Sale Operations: Handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system accurately and efficiently.
* Visual Merchandising and Stock Management: Participate in visual merchandising and stock management activities to maintain an attractive and well-stocked store.
* Australian Working Rights: Be eligible to work in Australia.
* Police Clearance Certificate: Hold a current police clearance certificate.
* Availability: Be available to work nights and weekends.
* Lifting Ability: Have the ability to lift moderate to heavy loads.
* Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
