Within the Organisational Development Program in the Enterprise Services Group, People Connect provides operational Human Resource (HR) advice and services to the Bureau's employees. We serve the Bureau's geographically interspersed workforce, and our work is interesting, challenging and varied.
To be a member of the Bureau's Payroll Team you will be a highly motivated public service pay and conditions specialist with a strong work ethic. You will undertake tasks associated with conditions under the Bureau's Enterprise Agreement, including the processing of employee entitlements using SAP HRMS, providing advice to employees and preparing associated correspondence and documentation.
The successful candidate will be required to work with a high degree of independence in achieving the team's required outputs in an accurate and timely manner. To be successful in this role you will have experience with SAP HRMS and the ability to understand and interpret employment conditions.
