About The Role
This permanent full-time role involves contributing to the assessment and continuous improvement of Ventia's National Delivery Support Services strategy, working within a collaborative and supportive team. The key focus will be managing performance reporting and analyzing data to lead and support a small team, ensuring project schedules are met and identifying new opportunities. This role is ideal for a high-achieving data analyst or engineer eager to expand their skills by bridging business processes, data, and technology. The candidate should be analytical, data-driven, and committed to continuous improvement and document control.
Your key responsibilities include but are not limited to :
* Building and maintaining reports and processes to measure and improve performance, with a strong data analyst background
* Maintaining and updating the document register and establishing new delivery processes aligned with project requirements
* Monitoring team performance and reporting metrics weekly, monthly, and quarterly
* Providing coaching and maintaining a training matrix to identify development opportunities
* Overseeing daily team operations to meet SLA requirements
* Ensuring timely delivery of schedules, reports, and processes
* Reviewing Scope of Works and developing resource plans for projects, ensuring skills align with requirements
* Implementing cross-training and skill maintenance to mitigate resourcing risks
* Providing performance management strategies as needed
* Managing escalations and complex issues
* Supporting the Delivery Leadership team with accurate and up-to-date project information
About You :
* Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to present insights clearly and identify trends
* A critical thinker passionate about process, change, and technology, with teamwork skills
* A proactive, organized self-starter capable of multitasking
* Versatile, with interests spanning process, planning, and problem-solving, eager to learn and build from scratch
* Experience managing multiple systems and quick learner
* Excellent communication skills with a collaborative approach
* Experience with best practice processes, procedures, and standards
* Workforce planning/resource scheduling experience is highly desirable
* Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Advanced Excel, SQL, and Power Query is mandatory
* Knowledge of Power BI is desirable
* Understanding of Microsoft Power Apps and Flow is a plus
* SAP and Maximo experience is highly desirable
