My client has developed a sizeable portfolio of commercial assets on the South Side. Due to a recent promotion, the opportunity to join the commercial team is currently being recruited.
Responsibilities
* Assisting in identification & securing new tenancies
* Negotiation of lease renewals
* Documentation; Lease management, occupancy rental reports
* Dealing with stakeholders; solicitors, project, projects teams & external leasing agents
* Competitor reporting including demand, pricing, etc.
* Database management
This is a great role for someone who is looking to learn and take their commercial leasing experience to the next level. You will have one-on-one training and development from the commercial property team.
An opportunity to work with the Development team and be groomed to be the next ADM/DM.
Ideal Skills
* Experience in commercial / industrial leasing
* Knowledge of the Brisbane commercial market
* An upbeat personality
* The ability to build relationships & influence outcomes
* A desire to work for a developer and owner
