Senior Quantity Surveyor Role Overview
This role involves delivering cost management and estimation services across various projects in the Resources and Infrastructure sectors. As a key member of our team, you will lead quantity surveying and estimating tasks, ensuring delivery aligns with client requirements and industry standards.
Responsibilities include leading and managing quantity surveying and estimating tasks across multiple projects, preparing comprehensive construction cost estimates and bills of quantities, reviewing and managing project budgets and monitoring hours, and identifying risks, cost-saving opportunities, and potential contractual issues.

About You
* Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field is required.
* Professional membership such as RICS or AIQS is desirable.
* Minimum 5 years' experience in quantity surveying or estimation within construction or resources sectors.
