* Delivering evidence based‐ nursing care that supports recovery
* Participating in therapeutic, relationship-building, and dignity-affirming care
* Supporting creative and social activities that improve mood and wellbeing
* Using sound clinical judgement to assess, plan and evaluate care with patients and teams
* Collaborating to support patient safety and continuity of care
* Sharing knowledge, ideas and leadership that strengthen the team and improve practice
Here's What Will Help You Thrive
* Registration or eligibility for registration, as a Registered Nurse, with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and possession of an annual practicing certificate is mandatory
* Strong clinical skills with the ability to make safe, informed decisions
* Clear communication and a collaborative, respectful approach to care
* Commitment to continuous learning and quality improvement
* Residential aged care facility management experience preferred
