Key Responsibilities
* Create high‐quality animation for feature films, ensuring that it meets the director's vision and the project's requirements.
* Collaborate with the animation team and other departments to ensure cohesive and consistent character performances.
* Interpret and implement creative feedback to refine and improve animation quality.
* Use a variety of animation tools and software to create fluid and dynamic character movements.
* Maintain a strong understanding of the latest animation techniques and industry trends.
* Work within project deadlines and deliver animations that meet the highest quality standards.
* Participate in team meetings and contribute to creative discussions to enhance the overall project.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Animation, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in feature film animation or a related field.
* Strong understanding of animation principles, character acting, and storytelling.
* Proficiency in animation software such as Maya, Blender, or equivalent.
* Experience with motion capture and integrating it into animation is a plus.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Ability to take direction and implement feedback effectively.
* A strong portfolio showcasing your animation work.
Desirable Skills
* Knowledge of rigging and character setup
* Familiarity with visual effects pipelines and workflows.
* Creative problem‐solving skills and attention to detail.
