About the Role
As Assistant Manager, you'll be an integral part of the management team, supporting the Venue Manager in day-to-day operations, running energetic shifts, and leading the front-of-house team. Your focus will be on service delivery, team development, and guest experience.
Your Skills and Experience
Experience in a fast-paced pub, bar, or restaurant with supervisory or management responsibilities
Confident shift leader with solid decision-making skills
Knowledge of POS, stock management, and opening/closing procedures
Strong focus on customer service and creating memorable guest experiences
RSA + RSG + RMLV + Approved Managers Licence
