What you will do:
o Servicing and repair of material handling equipment in a dedicated territory and customer base – Help Crown build positive customer experiences
o Utilize the latest field-based mobile technology to manage your daily work schedule
o Manage inventory on your Company allocated service van & at customer sites - Deliver a professional level of service
o Gain experience working with Australia’s top-tier customer base
o Join the leading forklift service business in Australia – We are the largest forklift service provider in the country.
o Complete an initial 8-week onboarding and industry-leading training program
o Perform routine maintenance & complete service work – Reactive & Planned
o Accurately maintain service records of all work performed

Typical Crown Technician Tasks and Duties:
o Conduct customer-focused scheduled and breakdown services
o Assist in preparing field-based quotes for customers
o Maintain accurate service records and notes
o Participate in training and development, including complex repair work

o Follow industry trends and new product developments
o Partner with the company to maximize sales and service opportunities
