This role involves delivering organisation-wide induction, managing our Learning Management System, and ensuring compliance with mandatory training. You will identify skills gaps, develop vocational pathways, and connect staff with learning opportunities to support both their career goals and the workforce needs.

Key Responsibilities

1. Leading engaging orientation and induction programs for new staff

2. Managing the Learning Management System, including reporting and compliance
\
3. Coordinating and promoting training opportunities across the organisation
\
4. Facilitating workshops and creating a safe, supportive learning environment
\
5. Acting as a mentor and advisor for non-clinical staff career pathways
\
6. Partnering with managers and external training providers to deliver meaningful development opportunities
\
7. Identifying skills gaps and supporting vocational pathways such as apprenticeships and traineeships
