**About the Opportunity**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Reporting to the Head of Category, support the development and execution of category strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives to grow Motorcycles, Green Parts and Wheels/Tyres.
- Analyse sales data and track key performance metrics, monitor category and product trends and provide recommendation for future testing and business plans based on data insights.
- Support the development of test plans for buyer and seller pricing and marketing strategies.
- Work in close collaboration with the cross-functional teams, including marketing, seller teams, trust, shipping and finance to ensure that major initiatives, campaigns, and launches meet business objectives and deadlines.
- Conduct regular market and competitor analysis, implement SWOT analysis, and gather market intelligence from various sources.
- Ensure appropriate product content, attributes and images is factual, presented in a compelling manner and follow eBay policy.
**Qualifications & Experience**:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a commercial or category management role.
- Solid analytical, critical thinking, and project management skills.
- Clear and concise communication skills.
- Strong ability to collaborate on cross-functional teams.
- Strong ability to gather and analyse data to form insights and recommendations.
