Responsibilities
This role involves coordinating, designing and facilitating professional development and training programs.
* Designing and implementing training programs that cater to the needs of Congress staff.
* Facilitating workshops and training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of staff.
* Providing ongoing support and guidance to staff to ensure they reach their full potential.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A strong background in Learning & Development, preferably in an Aboriginal health setting.
* Experience in program coordination and facilitation.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
