Front Office Operations Manager
We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee the daily operations of our front desk, reservations department, and other related areas. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to lead a team, and have a strong understanding of customer service principles.
* Coordinate and manage front office staff to ensure exceptional guest service and high occupancy rates.
* Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and reduce costs.
* Ensure compliance with policies and procedures, as well as local laws and regulations.
Responsibilities:
* Manage front office operations, including check-in/check-out processes, room assignments, and guest services.
* Lead and motivate front office staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
* Analyze financial data to identify areas for cost reduction and implement process improvements.
* Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest feedback and employee performance evaluations.
Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience in a similar role or hospitality management position.
* Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
