About the Role:
This senior role will establish a strategic framework for effective risk mitigation and contemporary people solutions across all DLCS schools and the office. The incumbent will be responsible for leading and influencing strategic outcomes, negotiating enterprise agreements, and resolving complex ER/IR situations.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of employment law and human resources principles, as well as proven experience in negotiations and conflict resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a comprehensive industrial relations strategy
* Negotiate enterprise agreements with multiple stakeholders
* Provide guidance and support on employment law and human resources matters
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, management, and external partners.
