We are looking for a Client Service Consultant to be the first point of contact for
This is a fast paced and interesting role. You will perform Client Service
Consultant tasks to document and classify the service request for support and
determine the best approach to handle the request based on the issue and
details provided by the client. You will also be responsible for escalating urgent
issues and ensuring that all clients receive the highest level of service.
The role will focus on three main outcomes:
- Client service and support
- First call resolution and office logistics
- Continuous improvement
Day to day you will provide customer service to clients to undertake information
gathering on their technical issue or query. Using the ticketing system, you will
then be required to allocate tickets to appropriate resources to be completed.
While no previous IT experience is required for this role, previous customer service
a favourable first impression to our clients, with the ability to collect the required
information and possessing the following attributes:

Initially this role will be office-based to allow adequate time to understand the
business systems and processes and how they relate to our clients. Following
completion of the probationary period of six-months, work from home
arrangements can be negotiated in line with our WFH Policy. The office hours are
from 7am to 6pm with either an early start, early finish or later start, later finish for
a 40-hour week - to be discussed during interviews.
