**Overview**: We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Event Assistant to join our team for a series of exciting Christmas activations. You will play a crucial role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of various festive events across multiple locations. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-energy, creative projects that bring the magic of Christmas to life!
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist in the preparation and execution of multiple Christmas activations, ensuring all elements run smoothly. 
- Coordinate with event vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries and setup. 
- Support the logistics and on-site operations, including setup, tear-down, and guest management. 
- Provide administrative support such as maintaining schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence. 
- Help manage event materials and inventory, ensuring everything is in place for activations. 
- Liaise with marketing and social media teams to ensure promotion of the events aligns with the schedule and branding. 
- Assist in managing event staff, including volunteers and seasonal workers, to ensure tasks are completed efficiently. 
- Ensure a high standard of customer service during the events, addressing any issues or concerns from guests. 
- Maintain a positive and festive atmosphere, embodying the holiday spirit at all times.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in event planning or coordination is preferred but not essential. 
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. 
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team. 
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. 
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. 
- A passion for Christmas and delivering memorable experiences.
