In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences during check-in, check-out, and throughout the stay.
We are looking for individuals with:
* Extensive experience in Front Office/Guest Services
* Previous experience in a high-end establishment is advantageous
* Good keyboard skills with knowledge of hotel check-in systems
* High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel)
* The ability to speak a second language is highly regarded but not essential
* Sound knowledge of the local area and surroundings
* Outstanding presentation and communication skills
* Flexibility to work across a 24/7 roster
