**Job Description**:
Reporting to the Customer Relations Manager, this position acts as the interface between Coles and JDE to proactively manage inventory levels and ensure that an efficient supply chain exists through managing forecasting and replenishment planning of inventory for JDE's Coffee and Tea baseline and promotional sales.
This role also works with JDE and Coles stakeholders to identify and drive process improvements to ensure productivity and KPI targets are achieved and deliver collaborative results.
**Please note this is a part-time (25 hours/week) temporary role for a 12-month maternity leave cover. Flexibility with hours can be offered, however part-time hours spread across 5 days Monday to Friday is essential.**
**Key Tasks and Responsibilities**
- Ensure JDE inventory is effectively replenished across all Coles DCs, while meeting service levels and minimising costs
- Providing daily communications via key reports to stakeholders on DIFOT, transport misses, days on hand, supply outlook and forecasts
- Identify potential future stock issues and deliver solutions to the Customer Relations Manager
- Participate in and provide regular reporting in support of the Collaboration process with Coles
- Work cross-functionally to identify the root cause of any issues and work with internal stakeholders on corrective and preventative actions
- Perform ongoing evaluation of KPIs to ensure performance targets are achieved
- Monitoring all inbound stock, communicating issues and action plans
- Ensuring all orders are delivered in full and on time
- Assist with New Product Development speed-to-market process and phase out of deleted lines
- Build strong, sustainable relationships with Coles Replenishment, Category and Coles Collect team

To be the best Vendor Replenishment Planner, we're looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in VRP, planning, logistics and/or customer service ideally in FMCG or supply chain environment
- Knowledge of Inventory, Demand Planning and Forecasting processes
- Highly motivated, with a strong analytical and solutions driven mindset and the ability to conduct root cause analyses
- Proven track record of success in working in a challenging and dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of Coles systems desirable.
