• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by providing expert advice and guidance throughout the process.
• Conduct property viewings and open houses to showcase listings effectively.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Prepare property listings, including photographs and descriptions, to attract potential buyers or tenants.
• Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients while ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
• Stay updated on market trends, property values, and neighbourhood developments to provide informed insights to clients.
• Utilise administrative skills to manage paperwork, schedules, and client communications efficiently.
• Collaborate with other professionals such as mortgage brokers, solicitors, and surveyors to facilitate smooth transactions.

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective client interactions.
